THANKSGIVING ORDERS ARE NOW CLOSED

Pick ups are being held from Monday 11/24 to Thursday 11/27. On Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday there will be two pick ups per day with limited walk ups available; one from 9am-12pm, and one from 4pm-8pm. On Thursday, Thanksgiving Day, we will be open for pick up and limited walk up sales from 8am-11am. The cafe will otherwise be closed.

When you place your order, you will be prompted to select a pick up time for each item you order. That is the time your order will be ready. We cannot change it after the fact. You will have to cancel your order and place a new one. And if they’re sold out for a time or day you’d like, they’re sold out. If you select two different times (because you want to or because an item wasn’t available at the same time), you will have to come twice. We cannot consolidate orders. Wish we could, but we can’t.

PUT YOUR PICK UP DATE AND TIME IN YOUR CALENDAR!

Square will send you a receipt, which likely will not reflect the times you select. Please disregard the pick up time it says, and instead use the time you select. Because these are pre-ordered items, square will tell you the soonest possible time, not the time you select. I know you’ll ask, but we’re telling you here and now as well.

Please please please double and triple check your contact information. We will be contacting you. We will remind you of the time and date of your pick up. Maybe even twice!

If you triple checked your email address when ordering, and you do not receive automated confirmation from Square, you likely did not complete your order. We can check for you, but we’ll be busy and it may take a while.

Because this is an online pre-order, InKind payment will only be accepted for walk up orders.

There will be no cash refunds after 11/10.

If you don’t pick up your order, it will be considered abandoned. There is no refund for that. What does that mean? Well, we have super limited space, and its the busiest week of the year for us. It is a very streamlined machine that functions on minute to minute timing. We can’t store it for you. Sorry. It’s just the reality. As I said before, once an order is placed, we cannot change the pick up times. The only option is to cancel and place a new order.
