About Edith’s
Edith’s Pies started as a thanksgiving pop-up in oakland in 2019 by Mike Raskin after leaving his chef job in chicago. it grew to become weekly pop-ups during 2020, and is in process of finding a permanent home. what started as a way of staying creative in off time became a calling and a labor of love.
