What is the shelf-life of my Pie?

  • These pies are generally counter stable for up to 48 hours. We recommend enjoying your pie within 24 hours of acquiring it! They can be kept in the fridge until consumption, but, know that some of the fresh ingredients inside of the pie itself have a shelf life of up to 72 hours. All of this is to say: Eat this thing!

  • You’ll want to keep these in the fridge until the moment you slice into it. They can stay counter stable for up to 3 hours, but for safety keep these ones cooled.

  • Keep these cold! They’re good in the refrigerator for 3 days, or the freezer for 3 months. Check out cooking instructions at the link below. Hand pies can heat straight from the freezer. Pot pies should be defrosted first.

  • While we always suggesting diving into them the day you get them, many pies will hold up ok to freezing. We can’t guarantee their quality, but if you choose to, we’ve found the best method is to freeze it fully, then double wrap it in plastic, before wrapping it in aluminum foil. like that it should keep for a month or two. allow it to defrost in the refrigerator. fruit pies can be reheated in the oven at 350º topped with foil for 15-20 minutes, or until heated through. do not reheat custard, icebox, or cream pies.
